The face or hair or eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The substance of the person<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Is more than most people realize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For under the beauty lies the truth<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In its raw and naked form<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And excellence of character is rare<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A jewel far from the norm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I smelted my self and my soul<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In fires of my spirit<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I look in your eyes and see love<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reflected, even if you refuse to hear it<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As it echoes in your empty halls<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A memory of what once was<\/p>\n\n\n\n
