A Busy Man

The most valuable thing a busy man

can give to those he loves is not

a mansion, nor diamonds.

These may sparkle but their

newness fades quickly.

It is not a car nor clothes,

tickets to Society or sports

but time.

All other things can be gotten again,

more money made and spent

but time is the one limited thing

a real man will sacrifice

for his love.
