You are an addict that wants
someone to empower them.
You are a narcissist seeking approval.
You are an alcoholic,
looking for a drinking buddy
that will encourage your
bad actions, validate your
poor decisions, and even
drive you to the bar.
A real friend will say “no”.
A real friend will stand up to you
look you in the eye and soul and say
“don’t”.
A real friend is NOT always fun,
but will always be there
to help pick you up
afterwards.

And in the past year your addiction has rampaged out of control my love, and everyone sees it. Except you, and the “friends” you surround yourself with.
